Geordie announces a new integration with the Claude Compliance API

Geordie has announced a new integration with the Claude Compliance API, extending Geordie's existing coverage of Anthropic’s Claude across the Claude Enterprise deployment surface, which today includes new AI tools and capabilities such as Claude Cowork, chat, Claude Code and projects.

While Geordie already included Claude Enterprise tools in its purpose-built security and governance platform for AI agents, the Claude Compliance API allows Geordie to extend that coverage for a unified view of every Claude use case and activity across the enterprise, from the code an agent writes on a developer's workstation to the project content a business team is building within Claude Enterprise.

As of today, the conversation content, files, project data, and audit log events from Claude Enterprise are surfaced within Geordie's platform and subject to the same behavioral analysis, drift detection, and proactive governance controls already applied to endpoint activity.

Anthropic's Compliance API provides access to Claude Enterprise conversation content, project activity, and audit logs. Until now, most enterprise security teams lacked a direct path to bring that data into the compliance and governance workflows they already rely on.

As agent platforms mature, the security and compliance datasets they surface will only grow. Geordie's approach is to meet agents where they operate, across cloud, code, and endpoint, working natively with the tooling already embedded in those environments rather than introducing friction that breaks at scale. That is what native integration with Claude makes possible: agents carry the right context forward, and governance travels with them.

As agent diversity and innovation continue to expand, as have Claude Enterprise and the Claude Platform, it will become more and more important for security teams to have tools that can not only work across the broader ecosystem, but natively with agents, at the speed and scale in which they operate.

The Visibility Problem

The risk that matters in agentic environments does not typically emerge from a single action. It accumulates through sequences of interactions, context that builds across sessions, and decisions made by systems that are increasingly autonomous. Governance requires a complete observational picture and understanding of context, decisions and behavior across workflows.

For enterprises that have deployed Claude across their workforce, the observation challenge has had two distinct surfaces. The first is the endpoint: where agents execute, where code is written, where tools are invoked. Geordie has provided coverage here since launch, through agentic fingerprinting and behavioral telemetry applied to Claude Desktop, Claude Cowork, and Claude Code.

The second surface is the conversation layer within Claude Enterprise itself, encompassing chats, projects, and uploaded files. This is where business teams collaborate with Claude, where projects accumulate context and files, and where managed agents operate with varying degrees of autonomy across workflows.

What Changes with the Claude Compliance API

The Claude Compliance API provides programmatic access to Claude Enterprise conversation content and activity logs. For Claude Enterprise, that includes chats, uploaded files, projects, and audit log events. For the Claude Platform, it provides activity logs covering admin and system events such as member and workspace changes, API key creation, account settings, and resource events like file creation and skill changes.

Geordie's integration with the Claude Compliance API means that this data is now pulled directly into Geordie's platform, normalised alongside the endpoint telemetry already in scope and subject to the same behavioral analysis, drift detection, and governance controls. The result is a unified view of Claude activity across the enterprise, from the code an agent generates on a developer's workstation to the project content a business team is building in Claude Enterprise.

COVERAGE: BEFORE AND AFTER

Geordie's Claude coverage has expanded significantly with this integration. Here is what the picture looks like before and after this launch:

Before and after the Claude Compliance API launch

The conversation surface of Claude Enterprise is where a substantial proportion of enterprise Claude usage now lives, and where the risk signals that matter to CISOs and security leaders are generated. Data shared in projects and context accumulated across multi-session workflows are all key signals required for holistic governance to normalize, prioritize and address.

Governance That Scales With Deployment

Geordie's approach to agentic governance is framed around a consistent principle: controls should scale with the deployment surface. As the coverage surface expands, so does the governance applied to it.

Beam, Geordie's proactive remediation suite now applies across the full covered Claude surface, with real-time guardrails, data exfiltration prevention, and policy enforcement spanning endpoint activity and Claude Enterprise conversation content. Alerting and reporting route into existing security workflows. In this way, coverage expands alongside an operational model.

What This Means in Practice

For security and compliance teams managing Claude Enterprise deployments, the practical implication is straightforward. You now have a complete audit trail and controls across Claude Enterprise conversation content, files, project data, and activity events, normalised alongside the agent telemetry already in scope from the endpoint surface, within the platform you already use.

For CISOs thinking about agentic risk at the systems level, the Claude Compliance API is a structurally significant development, positioning Claude as enterprise infrastructure, subject to the same programmatic observability requirements as any other application in the estate.

Geordie's integration is the governance layer that makes that data operationally useful through surfacing postural and behavioral risk that can be acted upon.

This is less a product announcement than a coverage milestone: signifying a new normal and standard for alignment between the agentic deployment surface and holistic security and governance.
